Westerville

Westerville is located to the North East of Columbus and directly east of the Polaris area.  Westervillie itself offers offers a very nice downtown area, with plenty of boutique shopping and restaurants.   While the Polaris offers a large mall, restaurants, Ikea, Top Golf, and a variety of other amenities nearby.  The real estate in Westerville is very diverse with values often ranging from the $150s to mid $700s.   The area offers both large homes on acreage as well as smaller homes in more dense neighborhoods near the school system.  Housing construction focus tends towards traditional styles built between 1960 and 2005, but there are still plenty of lots available for new builds to this day.
